do user entry date -1 to get high value of date. to get low value take month of high value and do -3 and take day from high value and concatenate both of them.
exanple: user entry = 05/01/2016
high value = 05/01/2016 - 1 = 04/30/2016
low value
for month: (high value month) 04/2016 - 3 = 01/2016
for day: (high value day) 30
low value = 01/30/2016
**check for low value day if the month has 30 r 31 days.
