Hi
I would suggest to clean only BO instead of cleaning whole solution. Clean BO will delete the runtime and clean the data stored in it, once you activate the BO you will have a new BO without and data, and this will also not affect other content created top of the BO.
If the workcenter is assigned to user(administration) then you must see the workcenter at any activity perform by you.
