Why you want to transfer the license to another user id. better you can use the same user id (Manoj) with different password for new user. OR
On the old user id(Manoj) you can set the "Validity period" (Valid through) and then create the new user id with equivalent to Manoj. Once your are define the validity it will not appear in SAP license auditing.
